The Full Process - Start to Finish
We get to know you and your business
Who are you? What have you done until now? What matters most to you? What do you expect and what are your exact requirements? We ask everything before we move a single step forward. No assumptions.
We check if Vietnam can deliver what you need
Before anything else, we assess the market. Are there factories that can meet your requirements? Do they have the right equipment and capabilities? We give you an honest picture and only when there is real potential do we say: let's go.
We search online and through our network
We use both digital research and our existing relationships on the ground in Vietnam to identify the strongest candidates. Then we shortlist only those who match every category you set.
We go there physically - you don't have to yet
We visit the facilities in person. We walk the production floor. We meet the people. We check the machines. We verify everything before presenting anything to you. You only see what has already passed our filter.
We present your options - including samples
We bring you a clear comparison of the best factories — with full details, pricing, and physical samples sent directly to you. You review, ask questions, and when you are ready, you make the call.
You fly to Vietnam - to close, not to explore
We coordinate every factory visit before you arrive. By the time you land, everything is scheduled and prepared. You are not there to look around you are there to make a decision. Most clients fly back home having already chosen their partner.
We stay after the deal - so production never stops
Once you are back home, we stay on the ground. We make sure your orders stay a priority at the factory. We connect you with a separate logistics company so you are never dependent on one party. And if something changes prices, shipping, delays we handle it before it becomes your problem.
